Developer and publisher TinyBuild has sold quality assurance company Red Cerberus.
The outfit has passed the firm off to testing firm TestFly in a deal worth $1.5 million in cash paid out once it has closed.
"We're thrilled to welcome Red Cerberus to the TestFly family," TestFly CEO Kevin Chelius said.
"Their expertise, reputation, and deep industry knowledge perfectly align with our mission to set new standards in game testing. This acquisition reinforces our commitment to helping developers and publishers deliver reliable and high-quality gaming experiences at a global scale, while also strengthening our presence in Latin America."
TinyBuild boss Alex Nichiporchik added: "The sale of Red Cerberus marks an important milestone in streamlining our portfolio and focusing on what we do best: creating and growing great IP. Red Cerberus has been a valuable partner in our journey, and I'd like to thank the entire team for their dedication.
"Reallocating resources to our core creative pipeline will help us maximize long-term revenue potential with the release of new game IP. We look forward to launching certain high-potential games in 2025 and remain excited about the future of TinyBuild."
