We’re seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead complex software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical acumen, proven experience and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, motivation, and ensuring effective communication among team members
• Conduct capacity planning and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines for both internal and external customers
• Monitor the quality of software and implementing improvement proposals
• Organize and lead meetings, support with cost estimations
• Provide feedback to HR/management on performance and come up with proposals for improvements
