Larian vet Mostovoy joins Aonic as head of games

Former Larian studio head Arthur Mostovoy has joined Aonic as its head of games.

In this new role, he will be overseeing the company's entire portfolio of projects. Mostovoy joined Larian's UK studio in 2019 and helped grow the developer over the last six years. During this time, the firm released Baldur's Gate 3.

Prior to his stint at Larian, he worked at Azur Interactive Games and Pixonic.

“After nearly six amazing years at Larian, I can’t wait to dive into this new role at Aonic,” Mostovoy said.

“There’s so much to be excited about happening throughout our teams, across platforms, audiences and genres.”

Aonic co-founder and chief product officer, Olliver Heins added: “Aonic is building something truly exciting and welcoming a talent like Arthur is a significant step in what we are working towards. His track record speaks for itself and his experience will be invaluable in helping us achieve our ambitions.”

Aonic acquired virtual reality specialist nDreams for $110 million in November 2023
