Brass Lion cuts 13 jobs

Developer Brass Lion Entertainment has laid off 13 members of staff.

In a post on LinkedIn, the company wrote that it had made this "difficult decision" to "realign" the team that it has working on an upcoming action RPG title. Brass Lion then names the staff that are affected by the decision – as well as linking to their profiles – with the hope of finding them further work.

"Unfortunately, that means that we aren't able to keep on several talented developers who have contributed greatly to our project and studio culture," Brass Lion wrote.

"The individuals listed below are exceptional professionals whose work we deeply value. If you have openings on your team, we highly recommend considering them for your positions. Please help us spread the word to connect these talented developers with new opportunities. We remain committed to our project and shared mission, and incredibly grateful for their contributions. We hope to meet again on this journey."

Brass Lion was founded in 2019.
